Nearby Establishments

There are nearby establishments and rising commercial buildings fronting Rozen Suites, Paradise. Across from the hotel, lies Chu Lee Kee Siopao shop, where they make Chinese-Filipino style white meat bread buns and other freshly baked delicacies. It is a popular hang out and snack spot for nearby employees and workers. Resident guests of Rozen Suites conveniently walk across to take a bite out of their mouth watering treats.
A few meters away, lies the Mercury Drug store and Rojon Pharmacy, as where locals can buy their medicinal needs as well as some groceries. These pharmacies also provide food, drinks and snacks, as well. Closer to home are the gas stations by Shell Gas and Riavin Gas, convenient places for road-traveling guests to gas up before they hit the road.

Further down the road lies Nunez St. where the local Purok Malakas, Wet Market, SM Savemore, Inasal de Cebu and other diner restaurants are conveniently located. Guests can take a quick ride to Purok Malakas via a tricycle in front of Rozen Suites for only eight pesos.

Rozen Suites, Paradise is conveniently located at the Sebastian Street corner along busy Aparente Street. We are located at the entrance of Paradise Subdivision (hence the name, Rozen Suites, Paradise) in Barangay City Heights. We can be clearly seen along this main thoroughfare while heading towards our other main branch at Purok Malakas. You can't miss us! Drop by, visit us and stay for a while!
