OUR TEAM MISSION
Rozen Suites Gensan aims to be at par with eco-friendly Pension Houses (small bed and breakfast inns with certified green establishment records in the Philippines) by the year 2025. Of course, even our small business can dream big.

For now, it aims to conquer Aparente Street by becoming the leader in doing eco-friendly practices within its capacity as Pension House graded establishments. Since 2014, our team have been involved in helping to reduce our carbon footprint as a residential, office and commercial building operating in the hospitality and tourism industry. Below are our humble eco-friendly practices:


Reducing our Carbon Footprint since 2014
Eco-friendly practices at Rozen Suites, Paradise:

Guest Rooms, Common Areas and Selected Offices are powered by solar panel and its batteries.

All Second floor rooms, Common Hallways, and flood lights are using LED Light Bulbs

Collecting and disposing of plastic bottles and beverage cans every end-of-year

Reusing of used and torn linen into general wiping materials

Reusing of used flyer paper into waiter's dockets, receptionist's scratch paper

Planting tall plants to lessen the heat of the afternoon sun on an office wall

Planting grass to cool the temperature of the building's ground floor entrances

Opening up walls and placing awning windows on top of glass doors to cool the second floor

Segregating biodegradable wastes (coffee and tea) to become fertilizers for plants

Eco-friendly practices at Rozen Suites, Malakas:

Using the building roof top to dry linen and thick cotton towels under the hot Gensan sun

Using less harmful, organic chemicals to clean up stains in the bathroom
-
Relying on the tall Tambis tree to provide shade to guests, instead of extending a canopy
-
Allowing guests to choose fresh air and an electric fan by opening the jalousie windows
-
Charging guests Php 250 per hour for those who use the air conditioner without anyone in the room
